About Cats In Clothes
This series was born from a half sleep half dream state over 10 years ago. I started painting one and was mesmerized into painting so many more! Each cat with its own style, preferences, personality...an entire story opened up with each brushstroke. I absolutely love the sparks of joy and innocence and connection that occur when people spend time with these paintings... whether they be given on a greeting card, used as a comfy pillow or painted on a canvas for your personal family portrait collection.
Since diagnosed with a rare and progressively debilitating spinal disorder, Heather is not able to complete custom order requests, however tries her very best when she has the energy and strength, to share the already created artwork for sale as fine art prints and also specialty items in the Etsy store.
